Employee Giving Campaign

Giving to our communities has long been an important part of Ecolab’s goal of helping to make the world a better place. As such, we go beyond providing industry-leading sustainability products and services for our customers, to support programs that help enrich the lives of our friends and neighbors in our communities. Our Community Giving Campaign is a prime example.

Ecolab has?sponsored an annual U.S. employee giving campaign?since 1985, both through donations, organized giving campaigns and volunteer activities, impacting the communities where are associates live and work.?

Through this voluntary program, we encourage all our employees to consider the unique needs of their communities and to participate in the campaign in a way that works for each individual.

In our most recent Community Giving Campaign, through Ecolab U. S. employee pledges and a match from the Ecolab Foundation, more than?$4.2 million, was donated to?United Ways, Global Impact and other qualifying, employee-designated non-profit organizations.

To kick-off the Ecolab Community Giving Campaign, employees in Saint Paul, Minnesota made 1,000 back-to-school backpacks.
